We welcome any individual who wants to learn traditional Shotokan Karate, one of the more traditional karate styles from Japan. Men, women and children, as young as eight, are welcome to join our club. Our emphasis is on mental and physical development. Our classes combince self-defense skills and mental discipline in a thorough physical workout.
