Your building plans are reviewed by certified inspectors knowledgeable in building, plumbing, fire and mechanical codes. They also inspect your project at several points along the road to completion. This ensures that your structure meets the building code requirements of the State of PA and the Warwick Township Zoning Ordinance.
Your permit fees are calculated by the cost and size of your project.
We require contractors to register with the Township Administrative office and supply Warwick Township with a current certificate of insurance.
